Join Carla White Crowe for a spiritual gathering that invites you to dance with the wisdom and medicine of the season. This sacred space allows you to reflect on your inner wisdom, share and be witnessed in an intimate container, and experience a deep connection with spirit through various movement practices and embodied rituals.

During our time together you will:

  • Learn about the current seasonal and astrological energies
  • Spend time pulling cards and journaling
  • Take turns sharing in a circle
  • Participate in a group movement meditation and writing practice
  • Receive a personalized channeled movement transmission

You’re encouraged to bring:

  • A journal or notebook
  • Your favorite deck of tarot/oracle cards (I will have plenty to borrow if needed)
  • Any items that would make you comfortable sitting on the floor (cushion, blanket, etc.). Chairs can be provided if requested in advance.
  • Water

Other important notes:

  • Please wear comfy clothes you can move in, socks are also recommended
  • Plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes early so you can get settled in
  • You do not need ANY prior dance experience to participate. Everything I do is slow, simple, easy to follow, and can be adapted to your body-specific needs

Do I need dance experience to attend?

Nope! This workshop is designed to be accessible to all bodies and can even be done from a chair if needed. The movements are simple and easy to follow, and variations will be offered for more complex movements. Also, you don't need to dance to be able to get something out of that portion of the circle.

How often do you hold circles?

That depends on the interest. My goal would be to hold seasonal gatherings focusing on the wheel of the year. Make sure you are on my email list so that you’re the first to be notified of future circles!

Is this event for a specific spiritual path?

This is not a religious event, and I am not teaching theology. The circle is open to all people and all spiritual paths. Participants are welcome to connect with any deities, ancestors, and/or spirits that they align with or engage with their higher self.
