The Lunar Rhythms Dance Community is a virtual space that offers creative exploration and embodied support for working with the four main phases of the lunar cycle. This community is open to all skill levels - no prior dance training is needed to participate. You can access this community through my Patreon. Community content will begin on January 19th, 2025. 
Members of the Blue Moon Tier will receive written instructions, digital worksheets, one pre-recorded class, and one live Full Moon gathering per lunar cycle. This tier is $11/month. See the sample schedule below:
WEEK 1 - EMBODY
New Moon Guidance: a 20-minute, pre-recorded class that covers the element, zodiac sign, and ruling planet of the New Moon. I also offer guidance for holding space for yourself to witness the dreams, visions, and goals that are longing to rise to the surface during this cycle.
WEEK 2 -CREATE
Waxing Moon Guidance: downloadable worksheets and written instructions for working with the 1st Quarter Moon. During this phase, you will begin crafting your own dance sequence to help you align with the goal you identified for yourself during week one. I will be available to answer any questions and provide chat support during this process.
WEEK 3 - EXPRESS
Full Moon Guidance: a live, online gathering to celebrate the Full Moon with a collective movement meditation and to provide an opportunity for those who would like to be witnessed in sharing the dance sequence they crafted. The gathering will be recorded and shared with members who were not able to attend live.
WEEK 4 -REFLECT
Waning Moon Guidance: downloadable worksheets and written instructions for working with the 3rd Quarter Moon. During this phase, you will spend time observing and reflecting on the movement you’ve created and expressed. The resources I share will guide you through my Dance Divination process. This process helps you to gain deeper meaning and insight into the movement messages you received during this lunar cycle.
